Very interesting! However, I am moved to make a small correction: In what you call as Hinduism, the underlying eternal energy/pure conciousness is not Brahma but the Parabrahman/Brahman...also called Paramatma or eternal soul. The entity or godhead referred to as Brahma is part of the trinity. Brahma is the Creator, Vishnu is the Sustainer, and Siva is the Destroyer. This holy trinity is what keeps the Universe going...and all three have avataras...only Vishnu, in his capacity as the Sustainer must do more than most so his avataras are well-known.
